Description: We are bringing Andrew Lloyd-Webber and Tim Rice’s rock opera masterpiece to Oxford and want YOU to be a part of it.

The musical follows the final days of Jesus’ life with a focus on the perspective on Judas Iscariot. Despite being written over 50 years ago, it is still astoundingly modern.

It is not a musical about Christianity - it is about the psychology of crowds; the meaning of freedom; the responsibility we owe ourselves and the people we represent - and it has a killer score...

For ENSEMBLE, we will be holding a dance call. This will be held in a larger group, where you will be taken through some choreography and group singing.

For CORE CAST, we will be holding three rounds of singing auditions. In the first round, you will sing a song that represents your ability/style, but NOT from JCS. The next rounds will feature extracts from the musical which will be made known to you before the audition.
