Set in rural Wiltshire, Jerusalem follows the antics of a group of derelict friends whose leader, Byron, is about to be forcibly evicted from his caravan to make way for the New Estate. Barred from every pub in town, he tells enchanting stories of giants and fairies to delight and repulse his entourage. Jerusalem is fuelled by imagination, youth, indulgence, and the sense that everything is about to change.
