Aspiring musical composer Jonathan Larson is experiencing a quarter-life crisis as he approaches his 30th birthday. Caught up in the pressure to write the next great American musical, his girlfriend wants to leave this city, his best friend settles for a regular job, and the passage of time feels like a burden. A one-act semi-autobiographical musical that focuses on self-doubt, pursuing dreams, and asks what it truly means to be an artist.
