Description: Piezoelectric Productions are excited to be calling for a crew for a piece of new writing by Evie Williams and Alexandra Russell: “Called To (Dis)Order”, a one-act comedy.

“Called To (Dis)Order” tells the story of a weekly parish council meeting in the fictional English village of Stockton-Upon-Diddleswick. It is told in real-time with the audience in the round, making you a part of the nonsense for the duration of the play. Think “The Vicar of Dibley” meets “Community”, with wacky chicken farmers, overeager secretaries, the local reverend who loves birdwatching, and the chairperson’s granddaughter doing her curriculum-imposed work experience, among many other eccentric characters!

We are looking for a crew to make the Stockton-Upon-Diddleswick parish council Meeting Room 2B come to life! We are calling for:

Lighting Designer
Set Designer
Sound Designer
Costume Designer
Marketing Manager
Assistant Director
Assistant Producer
Welfare Officer

No experience necessary, just enthusiasm! We support applications from anyone of any background, since theatre is always supposed to be a safe space for expression and creativity.
