Description
Red Threaded Theatre, a new theatre company dedicated to Chinese theatre in all forms, is looking for core team members to explore and promote the performance of Chinese and Sinosphere performing arts in Oxford. We are looking for all types of creatives, producers, marketing geniuses, academics, and the like to curate a season of plays, concerts, workshops, lectures, etc., on the multiplicity of performing arts in the Chinese speaking world.
红线剧团是一家全新的剧团，致力于呈现各种形式的中国戏剧与表演艺术。我们正在招募核心成员，一起在牛津探索并推广中国及汉语文化圈的表演艺术。我们欢迎各种类型的创作者、制作人、营销高手、学者等，共同策划一季丰富多彩的剧目、音乐会、工作坊、讲座等活动，展现汉语世界表演艺术的多样性。
Currently, there are two plays being prepared to be pitched for Hilary term — an adaptation of Li Tianji’s classic film ‘Spring in a Small Town 小城之春’ for three actors, and a version of the Huangmeixi opera standard ‘The Female Prince Consort 女驸马’, titled ‘Prince Consort Ladygirl’.
目前，我们正准备在 Hilary 学期申报两部作品：

Therefore, Red Threaded Theatre is looking for a unified company of creatives to help make this (and other events) happen:

A Producer: who can lead and organise the company in finances, communications, timetabling, etc.
制作人：负责统筹剧团的财务、沟通、日程安排等工作。
A Musical Supervisor: who can overlook the creation and curation of both theatre music and prospective concerts, etc.
音乐总监：负责戏剧音乐的创作与策划，并统筹未来的音乐会等项目。
A Marketing Manager: who can create a unified look for the company and can run social media accounts to promote events.
市场经理：为剧团建立统一的视觉形象，运营社交媒体账号，推广活动。
A Welfare Officer: to ensure everything goes smoothly and to make sure everyone is happy and comfortable.
团队关怀官：确保排练与演出过程顺利进行，关注团队成员的幸福与舒适。
A Production Designer: to create a visual world for our plays, concerts, and even lectures (?!) to take place in.
舞美设计师：为我们的剧目、音乐会，甚至讲座（？！）创造独特的视觉世界。

All that is required is a passion for Chinese performing arts and dedication to widening access and knowledge towards these forms.
