Interrobang Productions is delighted to announce that we’re opening auditions for our original musical The Moro Affair, written by OffWestEnd award-winning writer and composer Alex Rawnsley. Stylistically somewhere between Cabaret, Assassins, and Operation Mincemeat, the show charts the bizarre circumstances surrounding the 1978 abduction and murder of former Italian prime minister Aldo Moro.
This is a fantastic opportunity for musical theatre Actors and Actor-Musicians to be part of the process of building a brand-new musical, as part of the tight-knit ensemble bringing this disturbing and hilarious story to life! We are looking for actors of all voice types to audition, and also encouraging actor-musicians, who play any instrument, so even if you haven’t had much of a chance to get experience in an OUDS show, come along!
We are opening in-person auditions, but please note that there are a limited number of slots—sign up now to avoid missing out! If you cannot make any of the slots, there is also the option to send a tape. All information, as well as the sign-up form, can be found below. We can’t wait to see your auditions!
The auditions will run 20th-22nd February, and the deadline for tapes is 23:59 on the 22nd February.
